1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. dried onion
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cups salsa
3 cloves fresh garlic
1 small bag of carrots
1/2 bag frozen corn
juice from one fresh lime
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 bunch chopped green onions
4 cups water
2 - 14 oz.cans chicken broth
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. dried onion
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cups salsa
3 cloves fresh garlic
1 small bag of carrots
1/2 bag frozen corn
juice from one fresh lime
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 bunch chopped green onions
Boil everything but the cilantro and green onions until the veggies are tender. Remove the chicken and shred with a fork then add it back to the soup. Just before serving, add the fresh cilantro and green onions on top. Serve with Fritos or Doritos, sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado or guacamole and lime wedges. Very tasty! Enjoy!
