Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake!
Here's one of my favorite "easy" recipes and at this busy time of the year, that's exactly what we all need! Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake!
One pre-made Chocolate Pie Crust
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Chocolate Glaze
6 ounces cream cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350. Beat Cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add egg, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix. Put raspberries on bottom of crust. Pour mixture over berries. Bake 30-40 minutes or until the center is done. Chocolate Glaze
Melt 2 ounces baking squares (I used chocolate chips) and add 1/4 cup whipping cream. Cook and stir until smooth
